Just a couple

I didn't do a very good job of taking pictures this weekend. I snapped a few tonight before Trace went to bed. We did have nice relaxing weekend at home with Daddy! :)

I'm sorry these pictures are really out of order... so as you can see we went to the pumpkin patch today. Logan and John carved the pumpkin and I made toasted pumpkin seeds. They smelt so good cooking but they were nasty! John likes them though.

We got Trace a little pumpkin... but it didn't get carved.

Seven Months!

On our walk today. He actually kept his sunglasses on the whole time He eventually fell asleep but still had on his shades.
He just crawled (scooted) to get the teething ring. I have tried to get him on video but when I get the camera out he suddenly forgets how to scoot. go figure.

He did really well.

Our little man turned seven months old yesterday. I know I always say this but its just too fast. Today John and Logan put Trace's bed down to the low level. He is really trying to sit up on his own and pull up on things so we worried about him trying it in his crib. It's just another step to being a big boy... :( I love him little although I know he must get big.

Seven Things about our seven month old

1. He sits in his high chair now

2. He is trying to crawl

3. He still loves to eat anything... But really loves bananas and yogurt

4. He screeches like a pterodactyl

5. He sits up on his own. Including in his little tub.

6. He loves to stand, with assistance, daddy lets him stand on the sofa.

7. He loves to play with his baseball, he loves to throw things in general

Trace and I went to Grandma's house this weekend. He got lots of love from everyone. Aunt Kristen was there too! We took Grandpa out for breakfast / lunch after church on Sunday for his birthday. I got my hair cut Saturday morning while Mom watched Trace. I'll have to get John to take a picture of me and Trace to post this week.

Fall Days

Today was a pretty fall day in Tennessee so we decided to go to the park... Before football! :)

Trace had his 6 month check up on Thursday. He looks great, he did get more shots :(

He was 28 1/4 " long (90th percentile) and weighed 16lbs 15ozs (40th) percentile.
